Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. To assess the situation, we will require images or videos clearly showing the issue. In such cases, we will resend the product at no additional cost.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If an order is lost during the shipping process, we will resend it at no additional cost.

If the loss is due to the customer providing an incorrect address, refunds and additional free shipping will not be available.

Returns for Change of Mind

We do not exchange items due to incorrect size, wrong colour or unsuitable fit. A size guide is provided to assist customers before purchase.

For logistical reasons, we do not accept returns where the customer has simply changed their mind after receiving the product.

However, in line with consumer protection regulations, refunds may be assessed in exceptional circumstances where required by applicable laws.

If a return is approved for reasons other than manufacturing defects or shipping errors, return shipping costs may not be refundable.

Returns Process

If a return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for sending the product back. In cases where the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error, there will be no additional cost to the customer.

Refund Period

Once the returned product has been received and verified, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
